Please read them. They apply to the software you are downloading

it, if any.

copyright laws, international treaty provisions, and other
national laws. You agree that you have no right, title or
interest in the Software.
Trademarks:
Products, Company Names and Logos mentioned herein may be the
trademarks of their respective owners.
Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.
Restrictions:
The software is licensed, not sold, for use on one local area
network.
You may not
* work around any technical limitations in the software;
* reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the software,
except and only to the extent that applicable law expressly
permits, despite this limitation;
* publish the software for others to copy;
* sell, rent or lease the Software;
* transfer the software or this agreement to any third party.
Disclaimer:
It is your responsibility to determine if the Software is
compatible with your system and requirements. TEK911 disclaims
any and all warranties and/or liability stemming from your use
of the Software. In no event shall Tek911 Inc. be liable for any
damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for
loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of
business information, or other pecuniary loss) arising out of
the use of or inability to use the Software, even if Tek911 Inc.
has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
The license fees are
non-refundable. We may, but are not obliged to, provide you with
periodic updates at no charge. However, some updates or upgrades
may require the payment of an additional fee and/or execution of
a further license agreement by you prior to delivery.
POPme IM 15 day Trial Software
This software is a "trial version". It is shareware, not
freeware and is not in the public domain. As such, you may
evaluate the program for a maximum period of 15 days. If, after
that time, you decide to continue using it, you must license it
by paying a minimal license fee at our web site (http://www.popmeim.com).
If, after 15 days, you choose not to purchase a license, you
must uninstall it from any machines on which it was installed on
a trial basis. This trial version can be upgraded to a fully
licensed copy by purchasing a serial number through our
website.
Privacy Policy:
We will not sell, give
away or otherwise transfer your personal information to third
parties. Unless you request otherwise, we may on occasion send
you email about new products and releases.
We store only your name, e-mail address and order details, but
not your address, credit card number or phone number. Orders are
processed by PayPal. Their Privacy Policy is available
here.
We do not collect any personal information from web site
visitors except for their email address.
